Who We Are

Overview & History

First established as Exemplar Human Services in 2006, we sought to use emerging technology advances to help social services agencies learn from their data and improve service to their clients. We began by helping state and county agencies track performance and operational tasks. Our Case Alerts services have long provided our county partners with a robust and extensive layer of insight into their data that cannot be replicated or accessed through their caseload management systems.

We are constantly improving our tools and building new ones that simplify agency work and enable quick and easy information sharing between workers and their clients. In recent years, we have been developing more sophisticated tools to understand client challenges and find better ways to help them, including predictive analytics and artificial intelligence.

After the demo, we address outstanding questions, clarify scope, and refine assumptions based on feedback from leadership, managers, or staff.

Contracting

Once scope and approach are confirmed, we move into contracting. Engagements are structured to align with public-sector procurement requirements while remaining flexible and efficient.
